Vixtel’s NetVista system is a fully distributed IP network performance analysis tool that provides visibility into end-to-end network, application and service performance from anywhere on the network. It uses a central server to control a number of hardware or software based test agents located throughout the corporation or service provider’s LAN or WAN network. The NetVista’s distinctive Instant Agent allows any computer running a standard Web browser to serve as a test agent, thereby dramatically reducing the amount of troubleshooting time involved and easily extending the test point to the problem location in many troubleshooting scenarios.
